Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
All plans include a 14-day free trial with full features and 5 AI actions. No payment method required. After the trial, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe.
What are active profiles?
Active profiles are profiles you're currently editing. A profile becomes archived automatically after 30 days with no edits, freeing up a slot. Archived profiles remain accessible in read-only mode and can be reactivated anytime.
What are AI actions?
An AI action is any single use of CV import, bullet rewrite, bullet optimize, ATS checker, or best profile finder. If you run out, you can purchase top-up packs (CHF 2.50 for 20 actions).
Do you have invite codes?
Yes. With an invite code you get 1 month free with full features on any plan. No payment method required.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export your CVs, but not edit or use AI features. Your data is kept indefinitely, so you can resubscribe anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and invoicing for annual Business and Enterprise plans.
Where is my data stored?
Cloud plans store data in Switzerland and the EU. Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region.
